Why Vortex Masters?
The focus of Vortex Masters is structured fitness swimming practices. These practices differ from a traditional open lap swim in that we provide on-deck coaching that includes:
- stroke technique instruction
- set design
- traffic monitoring.
Because our practices are structured we ask that you do the practice as directed by the coach. It is the job of the coach to adapt the practice to your needs, while keeping the group as a whole moving in the same general direction. If you have an injury that prevents you from doing a particular stroke, please let the coach know so that he/she can change the workout for your needs.
